Welcome to the world of small group personal training. Save money on privatized work by teaming up with a group of your peers. We keep class size small enough to allow the instructor to individualize the workout for everyone in attendance.

Your trainers Shane and Ari didn’t get their personal training knowledge from a weekend certification program like most trainers you’ll find. They both went to college for Exercise Science and have decades of experience in PT, yoga, martial arts, and other movement forms. True experts make real change.
